This day-trip hot spring facility is located at the foot of Mt. Myogi, seven minutes from the Joshin-etsu Expressway Matsuida-Myogi Interchange. Visitors to the hot spring can look out to the Kanto Plain with Mt. Myogi at their backs as they enjoy the beautiful natural landscape from the outdoor bath. In addition to the outdoor bath, there are also indoor baths and saunas (separated by gender). It is a sodium chloride bicarbonate spring (weakly alkaline hypertonic low temperature). It is said to be effective for nerve pain, muscle pain, joint pain, etc. Visitors can also come just for the restaurant, which serves dishes such as Maitake Tenzaru Soba.

神社、道の駅、温泉と徒歩圏内に集約されていて巡るのに便利です。露天からは街中の景色が眺められます。食事処も併設されています。

ランチをいただいた「いちの家」さんのシェフが教えてくれました。５００円ですが、道の駅みょうぎでいただいたクーポンを使うと１００円引き！お風呂は無色透明。露天風呂もあります。最初ちょっとぬるめかな、と思ったのですが、露天風呂で外の景色を眺めながらゆっくり入りました。もう！最高でした。運転して、妙義神社の階段を上って、、、ちょっと足腰が重かったけど、すっかり元気になりました。体を洗うところも、着替...

ぬるめのお湯でしたが、長く入れるのは良い感じです。露天風呂は雄大な景色が見えるので最高でした。地元の方々がたくさん来てましたが、妙義山登った後に寄るのは良いでしょうね。
