This park is located in Maebashi City, Gunma Prefecture, in a scenic part of the southern side of Mt. Akagi. The park, covering a vast total area of 77.9 hectares has a variety of facilities and playground equipment. The Adventure Forest with athletic equipment built with logs, and the Water Plaza, where children can play games such as raft crossing, is popular with children. There is also a picnic area, promenade and bird-watching hut, among other facilities. Visitors can look at the skunk cabbage and iris flowers and see wild birds such as grey herons and cuckoos. Visitors can also enjoy fishing at the fishing pond.

前橋の中心部からはかなり離れていますが、広大な敷地を持つ公園で、夏には、ウォータースライダーなどの水遊びも楽しめるそうです。冬に入ろうという日でしたが、家族連れは結構来ていました。

筏やローラー滑り台があります。
小川も流れているので子供がはしゃぐとびしょびしょになるので着替え持参が必須です。

子どもがローラー滑り台をやりたいと言うことで、こちらにお邪魔しました。
とても広ーい公園で、地元の子が遊んでいました。
ちょっとした小川も流れ、年季の入っていますが、子どもたちが遊ぶには楽しい遊具もありました。
ここならお弁当を持っていっても良いです。
