This sweet shop is in Minakami Town, Tone County, Gunma Prefecture, located 700 meters towards the spa town from the Kan-etsu Expressway's Minakami Interchange. The main menu is comprised of slightly frozen milk and collagen-based sweets made without using flavorings or emulsifiers. The sweets feature a rich milky flavor, a crunchy texture and a refreshing after-taste. They are delicious either plain or with a rock salt or cocoa topping available free of charge. Other toppings such as crushed brownie and Ujikintoki can also be bought.

トッピングは生チョコとブルーベリー。
運良く並ばず買えた。なんとも言えない食感。先ずストローで大とろ牛乳を飲んでからトッピングと一緒に。コラーゲンも入っていて甘くないシェイクのよう。うまし。1回食すべし。

秋限定のハロウィントッピングをいただきました。甘過ぎず、さっぱりいただける冷たいデザートです。
ストローでは少し吸いずらいかな-。
あとマスカットで700円はちょっとお高く感じましたが、なかなか食べれない味＆食感なので近くに来た際はオススメしたいデザートです。

期待せずに訪問。開店直後だが大人気。店の前は、３台程度しか停められないが、運良く停車。トッピングは、色々美味しそうだが、あえてプレーンを注文。セルフのココアパウダーをふりかければ、アイスティラミスのよう。シンプルで美味しい。みなかみに行った際にはオススメ。
