Shima Yamaguchikan
This more than 300-year old Yuyado hot spring's water is drawn directly from the source and is located in Nakanojo Town, Agatsuma County, Gunma Prefecture. Guests can enjoy the Shima hot spring while viewing the scenery of the Shimagawa River, which changes with the seasons. The hot spring is very famous for its cleansing effect on the skin, and in addition to its moisturizing and detoxing effects, it is also effective for rashes, eczema, women’s diseases, gastrointestinal disorders, etc. The dishes made with an abundance of local seasonal ingredients and the Kamishibai plays acted out by the owner are also very popular.
