国道９号線沿いの道の駅。日韓友好交流公園「風の丘」や日韓友好資料館など日韓関係の施設が隣接。嘗て赤碕沖に朝鮮商船が漂着し、漂着民を鳥取の人々が手厚くもてなしたことに由来しているとか。何故か恋人の聖地の記念碑。昨今の国際情勢を鑑みるにキムチ以上にピリ辛です。

海産物の売場があり、コンパクトにまとまっているので見やすいです。他の魚市場などは広いものの、各店で扱っているものは同じということもありますし。旬のお魚を見る・買うにはこの規模で十分な感じがします。
たこの形の遊具

国道9号線沿いにあり、背後に美しい日本海が広がり素敵でした。大きなたこの形の遊具があり、楽しそうでした。海産物も新鮮でした。
