被爆建物はいくつもありますが、広島市の中心部からここは3km程度でしょうか。「ひろでんの路面電車」で宇品港方面に乗れば楽に行けると思います。河川敷の窪地のような場所にちょこんとあります。赤レンガの可愛いい感じの建物です。歴史的にも意義は大きいと思いますので、時間があればぜひ訪ねてみてください。
建物は旧陸軍糧秣支廠

広電電車の宇品二丁目駅から徒歩5分。入館料は100円。レンガ造の建物は、1911年に建てられた旧陸軍糧秣支廠の缶詰工場。原爆にも耐えた。展示物は多くないが、カキ養殖の道具や方法などの展示があるのが広島らしい。

広島の友人と一緒に行きました。赤レンガの建物がきれいで、見応えがあります。展示は常設展のみでちょっと物足りなかったです。原爆関係のものはほとんどありませんでした。日数が限られてる場合はパスしてもいいかもしれません。
