うにホーレンを求めて、数軒を回ったが、成人の日ということもあり、どこもお休み。唯一やっていたこのお店で食すことが出来た。合わせて、かきスペシャルやもろきゅうなど注文。お好み焼きのソースは甘く、マヨネーズのトッピングなど自由に出来るのはかなり良い。

焼きそばの美味しいお店

カウンターに大きな鉄板があり目の前で調理してくれる焼きそばや、広島風お好み焼きは何とそばではなくうどんにも出来ます。私は普通に満月と言う¥900のモダンを食べましたが焼きそばの麺カリカリ具合が絶妙でした。
