This specialty shop for kamaboko (seasoned fish paste) prepares minced fish only from carefully selected high quality portions of fresh white-fleshed “guchi” fish that are low in fat. In addition to simple steamed kamaboko, the menu features an array of beautiful fish paste products including hanpen (pounded fish cake) in the shape of lovely plum flowers and chikuwa fashioned in the shape of Shizukagozen flutes. There is also a branch in front of Kamakura Station, making it easy to visit while sightseeing.

今日は、友人宅へのお土産を買いに、鎌倉へやってきました。お目当てのお店は、井上蒲鉾店。〇湘南シラスとわかめの玉子焼き〇彩・梅花はんぺん４枚・小判揚げ４枚・海老巻き３枚をお土産に購入して、友人宅にて美味しくいただきました。

お昼休みに数限定で売り出すお弁当がお得で美味しい。私の今日の日替わりは2色そぼろご飯にお店の看板商品の小判上げが添えられていました。これで５００円とはすばらしい。２５０円で白玉ぜんざいが買えますが、これも小豆を添加物無でにてあり母が喜びました。
