I looked out my train window as we stopped briefly at this station. I could not work out whether it was a mock up or actually ran services. I did get a decent laugh though.

Tetsudo Hobby Train is a special sightseeing train running on the Yodo line between Uwajima and Kubokawa Station and it takes 2.5 hours for the whole journey. There is only 2 trains during weekdays...

青春18きっぷで四国一周の道中で鉄道ホビートレインに乗車しました。中は鉄道模型が展示されていたり、0系で使用した本物のシートがあったりと、鉄道好きの心をくすぐるものです。始発駅の窪川から20人ほどの乗車で空いていて、終着まで立ち客ゼロでした。GWや繁忙期は大混雑と聞いたことがあるので、この時期に乗れてよかったです。
