Disappointed - was served raw beef!
My son and I were looking forward to our usual Guzman Y Gomez (coming from Australia). After a tiring day, we bought takeaway and was extremely disappointed that the beef in our nachos was raw!

Great place with vegetarian options
So hard to find vegetarian options in Japan so was delighted to find Guzman y Gomez which is a favourite at home in Australia. Delicious burrito bowl and having a proper hot vegetarian meal made wife...

Why would anyone go here?
We ordered a variety of food - some Quesadillas, wraps, drinks, and I cant recommend any of it. It cost over $40 and it should have been half that, even in expensive Japan. The portions were tiny...
