• Melt in your mouth suffle pancake

  I had the egg benedict lunch set. It was delicious exept the soup. The texture of the pancake is very fluffy and delicate.

  Okay so you shouldn’t eat this very often but it was oh so good. The fluffiest soufflé pancakes, whipped cream and berries. We went back. I hate to confess but three times during our month in Japan...
