Guide of Facilities

There are two buildings for Kenji no Yado, the main building and the new building. All buildings have a non-smoking policy.Reception is at Kenji no Yado (Main Building).Only cash payment is accepted at hotel.Check-in time is 16:00-23:30. Check-out is until 9:00. Main building is open until 23:00.There are two types of plans. Room only plan and breakfast plan.The building is not open during the day from 9:00-16:00. Even if you are staying consecutively, you cannot stay.Guests staying consecutively can leave their luggage in the room.Luggage storage before check-in is not possible from 12:00-15:00.The main room has no bathroom and toilet. Shared toilets (men and women seperated) private baths (2 locations) are available.The bathrooms in the main building are not accessible during midnight and early in the morning.The new building has a bathroom and toilet in each room. (The main building private bath is off limits.)It takes 5 minute walk from the west exit of JR Shin-Hanamaki Station.

Access Guide

If coming by train: about 300 metres from Shin-Hanamaki stn. ( Tohoku Shinkansen Bullet Train Line and JR Kamaishi Line ). Change train at JR Tohoku Line Hanamaki stn. and head towards Shin-Hanamaki stn. / Approx. 5 kilometres from Hanamaki Airport, several min by taxi / Coming by Expressway: from Hanamaki junction of Tohoku Expressway turn into Kamaishi Expressway and leave by the first I.C., Hanamaki-kuko I.C. Take Prefectural Route No.286 in the direction of Shin-Hanamaki stn. for about 3 kilometres. By normal road, within Hanamaki city, turn off from National Route No.4 ( bypass also available ) onto Prefectural Route No.286 and head towards Shin-Hanamaki stn. for several min
