接客もよくとてもくつろぐ事が出来ました。二階の居酒屋さんでマグロを注文しましたが色が悪く本マグロと、うたっている割には質が悪すぎでしたがこのような場所でそれを期待してもなと。それ以外は本当に満足でしたので評価5で。また利用します。

友達グループで勝沼でぶどう狩りに行った時に利用しました。健康ランドとホテルが併設されている施設で、お値段も安かったのであまり期待はしていませんでしたが、大浴場もいろいろな種類があって楽しめたのと、何よりお部屋が、最近リニューアルしたのか、とても清潔感があって快適に過ごすことができました。施設内の飲食店も値段と料理の質のバランスが良かったです。
