I had two major issues. The first is I checked my bag at noon, and I went back to access it at 1pm. When I checked in at 3pm, I handed them my bag check ticket and said I would like to get my bag...

The hotel is very conveniently located a short walk to the Imperial Palace ad to the metro station of the Yurakucho and Hanzomon lines. You can easily reach most of the tourist areas from there...

APA not my usual brand but...A. Normal polite but fairly robotic front desk staff, little english spokenB. Clean adquate but typically small rooms. C. Bed very firm..and not for longer...
