Review of Okinawa Kariyushi Beach Resort Ocean Spa
TripAdvisor Traveler RatingRead and gave some thumbs up some of the reviews here about the hotel. But I still took the risk to book the hotel. Ok, this is a big hotel with many shops, two spas. Many people checked in so there...
This resort is in a very nice location with a private beach over seeing nature, city, and the ocean. I have to give them 2.5 stars for the feeling of nostalgia and some of the staff was friendly...
Dreadful experience. No English speaking staff. Sent back and forth to make reservations. This hotel seems to be strictly limited to only Japanese and should not be visited by any other nationalities.

Let go of your image of a busy, ordered Japan and replace it with crystal-clear waters, white sand beaches, and relaxing folk music: You’ve arrived in Okinawa. A world away from the high intensity of Tokyo, Okinawans appear to live a laid-back beach life on this paradisiacal tropical island that lies in the middle of the East China Sea almost 1,000 kilometers south of mainland Japan’s most southern tip. Home to a spattering of islands, prepare yourself to discover underwater caves, star-shaped sand, and an island culture sometimes unrecognizable from mainland Japan.
