京王新線幡ヶ谷駅を出て、中央道線下の甲州街道を右に進み、徒歩2-3分の位置。新宿からの時間を考えれば格安なホテルといえます。ただウォシュレットはありませんし、朝食付きの表示となっていますがコーヒーとパンだけです。車の騒音が多少気になります。

幡ヶ谷の駅を降りてすぐ近くなので,交通は便利でした。体調が優れなかったので外食をやめて弁当を調達しましたが弁当屋も近くで助かりました。部屋はごく普通のビジネスホテルで,サービスの朝食はロールパンとコーヒーでした。たまたま部屋が首都高側だったので若干騒音がしましたが,特に寝られないことはありませんでした。
