透過hotels.com網站預定的，非常經濟的一間旅館，離車站、及觀光景點偕樂園都非常的近，大約走路在10分鐘以內。這個飯店的大浴場平日只提供男性使用，只有假日分兩場。這裡可以自行停車，如果開車真的是一個不錯的選擇。

部屋、部屋風呂は狭いですし、食事も並。大浴場ありますが、洗い場3席で18時から23時と入浴時間も厳しい。食事もそれなり。ただ、スタッフさんの対応が丁寧、偕楽園や千波湖、水戸駅が近く拠点にしやすい。最近あまり無いベッド横にコンセントあったり、靴磨き器が無料だったり。（笑）良し悪し有りますが、泊まるだけ派なら低価格ですし、全く問題ありませんね。

水戸駅から歩いて10分ちょいで、近隣には大きな池と公園があります。周辺にはコンビニや飲食店があり、さほど不便は感じませんでした。古い外装ですが、ホテル内の清掃は行き届いていて、大浴場の薬用風呂は快適でした。無料で洗濯もできます。ただ、自分が宿泊したときは、洗濯機が1台しか使えず、順番待ちでした。朝食はバイキング形式で充実していました。コスパ、いいと思います。水戸の有名な観光スポット「偕楽園...
