ボタン鍋を食べました。味噌ベースで臭みもなくとても美味しかったです。脂身の少ない豚肉のような印象でした。
念願の囲炉裏

囲炉裏を囲んで川魚…。どこかにないかなぁと探したらありました。宿泊できる施設みたいなのですが、お食事だけでもOKということでいちかばちかで当日電話して行きました。コース料理が3500円からあり、もう満足満足。アマゴを囲炉裏に刺し、じっくり焼きながら、山の料理を堪能。川魚の刺し身なんて初めて食べました。夏には川床も用意してあり、予約すればそこでお食事もいけるそうです。ゆっくり癒やされた...
