背脂でごまかしているだけのスープ
あっさりスープに背脂が売りのラーメンだといいます。「あっさり」なのか、背脂の「こってり」なのか、さっぱり分からない味のスープでした。背脂のないスープは、コクが薄いだけの代物で、そこに背脂のコクを加えることによって、何とか麺を食べることができるようにしています。ギョーザも一緒に戴きましたが、特にお勧めできる点はありません。ラーメン界のジャンクフードと言っていいでしょう。健康面では、まったくお勧めでき...
