吉祥寺でしょっちゅう北極食べてて、初めて他に。30分並ぶ。オーダーはさきにとってあり、すぐにくる。北極。全く辛くない。なんで?こちとら刺激求めにきてるんだ!あきらかに分量間違えたな、と‼️思いました。

蒙古タンメンは四川料理の一番辛いのとメキシコのハバネロ料理と並ぶ世界三大辛い料理です。癖になる辛さで皆汗かき鼻水ふきながら食べてます。跳ね防止の紙エプロン、鼻水ティッシュも完備。
