  出町柳駅から近く、周囲には商店街や食べ物屋さんもたくさんあり、立地は最高！ ただし、ゲストハウスなのでホテル級のキレイさを求める人には向かない。また、24時間出入り自由な大部屋なので、深夜でも電気は付いたままなので、真っ暗じゃないと眠ることができない人は個室を取ったほうが良いでしょう。
