  父親、母親と娘二人の家族四人で経営する酒造とのことです。メインブラントの大江山とは京都の山の名前だそうです。少し辛口でさっぱりした味わいでした。

  ツアーで奥能登に行った際に立ち寄りました。家族で経営されているようですが、若女将の話を聞いていたら企業努力されているんだなと思い、HPも拝見したところ、世界も視野に入れているようでした。お酒の試飲も美味しかったし、日本酒の素晴らしさを再確認させて頂いた気がしました。
