チューリップ公園にあります。
チューリップ祭りの頃に、初めて行きました。
確か、イベントで、映画などが開催されていたと思います。
環境も良いところにありますので、地域の方の利用が多いそうです。

チューリップ公園内に
エントランスにはコンサートやイベントのポスターが張られていましたが、訪問当日は「ホールシネマ・イン・富山2019」ということで「SING/シング」とおくりびと」の２本の映画の無料上演日でした。クールシェアスポットとして活用できます。

影絵の体験イベントが行われていました
チューリップ公園を入ってすぐの立派な施設で、公会堂のような感じ。
チューリップ祭りの期間中、影絵の体験イベントが行われていました。気が付いて気にいったら参加するといった軽い感じの利用でいい施設でしょう。
