Following the recent trends of coworking spaces, Share Green is Tokyo’s newest urban space for both families and freelances alike. Located near Harajuku and Omotesando, Share Green provides a quiet respite and a place to relax from the crowds and shops. Overall, Share Green is a coworking space but for those with the day off, there is also a cafe, flower shop and small market that hosts a farmers market on weekends. Share Green combines the productivity of a workday and the relaxation of a weekend. The positive and healthy atmosphere is reminiscent of a relaxed summer day in any season.

  • The layout of Share Green surrounds a square park with plenty of lounge space. The exteriors are decorated in a vintage Americana style, creating a Brooklyn-like atmosphere. Plants from the plant store Solso Park wind around walls and fences, creating the perfect photo opportunity for the trendy young influencer. The outside space offers lounge chairs and benches for both workers and visitors. Sunny days are the perfect time to relax with while drinking a take out coffee and admiring the greenery.

Little Darling Coffee Roasters is the local cafe. Desert pastel tones and illustrations straight out of a children’s book decorate the walls. Little Darling takes their coffee seriously. There are five different types of in-house roasted beans on rotation that get ground into hand drip coffee or espresso drinks. The cafe also offers a variety of baked goods and deserts. Those looking for a savory bite to eat can try the bao, or steam bun, offered in different flavors representing French, Greek and Asian cuisines. The inside of the cafe is spacious and offers plenty of light filled seating. Customers are welcome to stay inside the cafe or take their brew to go.

Next to Little Darling is Solso Park, a plant store selling horticultural friends for homes and offices. The inside of the packed small store resembles a jungle. The iridescent plants range from cacti to large leaved plants to small succulents and herbs. For those looking for more structured foliage, All Good Flowers offers custom made bouquets for any occasion. Florists are on hand to create a work of art from wildflowers, autumnal flora and decorative greens. Both Solso Park and All Good Flowers create perfect gifts to add more life and happiness into anyone’s life.

The large green space is open to buskers, dancers and anyone looking to have fun. Weekends feature random impromptu performances or events. Everyone is welcome to show off their own unique talent. Share Green also hosts events on the weekends. Check out the event calendar for outdoor yoga, mini music festivals and vintage markets. Food trucks make appearances on the weekends for lunch and early dinner options.

A major part of Share Green is Lifork, a coworking space. Located next to the trapezoidal park, the two buildings are housed with offices, seminar rooms and lounge areas. The two buildings are spacious and provide plenty of space for those working in individually or in large groups. Wi-Fi stretches from inside the building to the outdoor terrace where freelancers can work comfortably in the sun.

Share Green is easily accessed from Nogizaka or Aoyama 1-Chome station.
