When you first enter the NAC building, you can’t help but notice the massive climbing wall that reaches the ceiling of the building. There are six wall faces that visitors can try out in the rope area. There’s a 4-meter practice wall, an 8-meter wall with an overhang and crack, and an 11-meter wall for more experienced or adventurous climbers. You can buy three types of passes: One try (850 yen), two hours (1,800 yen), or all day (2,300 yen). They also have a 3.5-meter-tall bouldering wall for people who want to give free climbing a try. Bouldering costs 1,300 yen per person and is open to climbers over 13 years old. You can also book climbing lessons if you’re a beginner for 3,100 yen per person during the day or 2,500 yen per person at night.
