    How to organize your food

Once you’ve decided on your seats, it’s time to choose your BBQ. Guests can pre-order platters and a la carte items upon reservation or bring their own food and drink. If you have time, consider buying fresh seafood from the Toyosu Market. The market also has fruit, vegetable and other food vendors, so you can easily source what you need for your BBQ.

If you want to simplify your decision-making process, secure your food upon reservation. The range of platters include surf and turf, kid-friendly, meat-only and seafood-only, so there's something for everyone. Prior reservation is required for most a la carte options and platters, but you can still order some fresh seafood on the spot. This seafood is from all over Japan, including oysters from Hokkaido and squid from Ishikawa. The selection and pricing may change from day to day.
