    “Gihey” is a new brand of the restaurant chain “Hachidaime Gihey”, who operate rice restaurants in both Kyoto and Ginza.
    “Hachidaime Gihey Rice”, which won the gold award at the “OMOTENASHI Selection” competition, is blended rice originally produced by Hachidaime Gihey.
    A nice touch is that when you purchase the rice, you can choose the color of the furoshiki (traditional wrapping cloth) that the rice is wrapped in.
