    No need to store your valuables, since the bags are large enough to store your personal belonging (purse, mobile phone, keys, small camera).

    Just keep in mind that’s it’s not possible to return your items between 5:00 and 7:00 pm, so schedule your return time accordingly.

    You can reserve a kimono dressing session with Nishijin Akariya via the LINE app or using the contact form on their website.
    LINE and Online bookings are available 24 hours a day.

    Make sure you get check for the reservation confirmation email which comes from the store. Your reservation hasn't been finalized until you receive that confirmational email. You willl typically receive the email within the same business day.

    If you’re traveling by train from Kyoto Station, you can ride the Karasuma subway line to Imadegawa and then walk to the store from there in around 10 minutes.

    Nishijin Akariya can be accessed by bus number 9 from Kyoto Station to Horikawa Kamidachiuri which takes roughly 25 minutes.
    If you’re in Shijo Karasuma, get the number 12 bus that departs to Horikawa Kamidachiuri. This bus will take around 20 minutes.
