Spread across three interlinked buildings at the architecturally impressive T-Site, Tsutaya Books is much more than just a book store.

Ivy Place

After checking out Tsutaya Books, head next door to the Ivy Place, which is the main restaurant in the T-Site complex.

It opens from 7 am, making it the ideal place for early risers to grab breakfast. Find a seat on the sun-drenched terrace while enjoying your choice of deliciously fluffy pancakes, smoked salmon tartine or eggs cooked-to-order, accompanied by free-flow coffee.

Log Road

Log Road is a newly opened shopping mall that’s been designed as a collection of free-standing stores, craft breweries and cafes.

It’s been constructed on top of the old Tokyu Line tracks that lie just north of Daikanyama Station, with plenty of alfresco areas where you can relax with a coffee or beer after a bit of retail therapy.

Feast on hearty sandwiches made using freshly baked sourdough bread at Garden House Crafts, a casual cafe with both inside and outside seats.

Translating as “Grey Cafeteria” (in a mixture of Italian and Japanese), Shokudo Grigio is an attractive bistro that does an excellent curry lunch.

Hacienda del Cielo
