- This ski resort is on the western slope of Mt. Yakeishi in Kurikoma Quasi-National Park. It has 12 runs including its 2,500-meter Clair Course. The gently sloping Rose Course accessed via the No. 1 Lift is good for beginners, and the Mort Course with a highest gradient of 40 degrees is a powder zone for advanced level skiers with confidence in their skills. Their Elle Course is the resort’s most popular run, a full-on trail that’s used for competitions like the Jeunesse Cup.
