    コロナ禍だからかな？塩の試食は無かったですが色々説明してくれて、ついつい沢山購入してしまいました！カップのラクトアイスも売っていて塩が濃いめで暑い日に美味しかったです。割高にはなりますがお土産用に小さな可愛い箱に入った塩もあり、やっぱり欲しいと色々なお土産屋で探しましたが売ってなかったので次回は必ずこちらで購入します

    "This kamaboko (fish cake) shop has been in business on Ishigaki Island for three generations. The shop has a motto of ""what we make today we sell today."" Their preservative-free products are still made and taste the way they did decades ago. Their specialty is their jushi kamaboko, which features a white fish kamaboko stuffed with jushi, an Okinawa-style pilaf. It makes a tasty snack to enjoy when you're feeling a little hungry. We also recommend their black jushi, which features a squid ink infused kamaboko stuffed with a dry curry-style jushi flavored with turmeric."

    一寸したお土産にと「じゅーしーかまぼこ」を購入しました。 じゅーしーが入った、まん丸かまぼこでしたが、意外とボリューム感がありました。 但し、日持ちしないのが難点で、自宅用になりました。

    "This kamaboko (fish cake) shop located on Torinji Nishi-dori Street in Arakawa, Ishigaki City sells Yaeyama kamaboko made the old fashioned way. They offer a wide variety of kamaboko that combine carefully-selected white fish sourced primarily from the coastal waters of Okinawa with a number of local ingredients such as asa (green algae), shima-dofu (Okinawan tofu), and mozuku seaweed. They even sell a number of varieties of kamaboko unique to the region including their cylindrical ""maruguwa"" and their ""castella kamaboko,"" which are made with eggs."

    This distillery located along Prefectural Route 207 in Kabira, Ishigaki City makes the Omoto brand of awamori. This hand-crafted awamori, which is made with water from Mt. Omoto, the highest peak in Okinawa Prefecture, is distilled in a traditional directly heated pot still. Visitors can shop at the distillery's shop, taste awamori at its tasting area, and watch the manufacturing process through the windows of the distillery's viewing gallery.

    Interesting Distillery for Okinawan Awamori (distilled alcohol). You can take a tour, but we were there around lunchtime so just looked through the windows. Didnt hear any English, but they helped...

    This grocery store is located along National Route 390 in Tozato, Ishigaki City. It sells processed foods made from herbs, spices, seaweed, and other ingredients sourced on Ishigaki Island. The most notable of these is the Shima no Shokutaku series of seasonings and the Shima no Soyokaze series of herbal teas. Some of their especially popular products include Shima Harissa, an all-purpose seasoning paste made from red pepper, garlic, Ishigaki Island salt, and other ingredients, as well as Nama Shichimi, a spice blend that is well-suited for a wide variety of dishes.

    内地と同じメニューもありますが、沖縄食材のメニューもありました。 具体的にはゴウヤチャンプルーや素麺チャンプルーもあり出来立てを美味しくいただきました。 ご当地メニュー、オススメです。

    遊石垣很多人會選擇自駕遊。 有時趕行程或要駕車往市效可能不太方便去市中心餐廳午餐，又或者打算外賣去Panna公園野餐。這時候可以考慮這間在日本很有名的連鎖便當店。 其實我一直對於旅行吃便當有很大的偏見，畢竟長途跋涉來玩，總該吃好一點。 但這便當的品質真的很不錯，甚至比起市中心一些遊客向的餐廳更好味。 不妨一試。

    新石垣空港のフードコートにあるお店です。なぜか石垣島でとてもカレーが食べたくなりました。空港でさいごにカレー？とも思いましたが、フードコートなので、2人のうちひとりはここでカレー、もう一人は八重山そばを頼んでシェア。とてもおいしかった。
