- Located along Harbor View Street as you travel from the front of the prefectural police headquarters to National Route 330, this restaurant’s specialty is miso-based dishes. Most dishes are made using “Tamanaha miso,” which is produced through natural fermentation without additives by the long-standing Shuri shop “Tamanaha Miso Shoyu,” a former purveyor for the Ryukyu Kingdom. Starting at 7:30 a.m., it offers miso-themed dishes for breakfast, lunch, tea time, and dinner.

友人数名で伺いました。こちらのお店の近くに住んでいる友人一押しのお店です。今回いただいたのは、お刺し身の造り、牛タンの酢味噌和え、蟹と湯葉などでした。どれも丁寧に調理された一品一品で、お味は勿論、視覚的にも鮮やかで食欲をそそる絶品でした。お刺し身は、鮮度が良く、ボリュームもあり、食べ応えがありました。その他、いろいろといただいたのですが、名称が思い出せません。いずれにしても、どれも絶品でした。

沖縄で本格江戸前鮨が食べられると聞いて来店。 カウンターのみの店内は常連客で賑わっており居心地も良い。 鮨は噂通りの超本格。中でも熟成された赤身が絶品。 是非一度食べてみてほしい。 近々また行きます。

店の裏手に無料の第1駐車場、近くに第2、3駐車場があります。 階段を登って2階にあります。 もちろん食べ放題がメインでお肉も柔らかく美味しかったです。ベースのつゆもいろいろ味があって楽しめます。店員さんの対応も良く、親切でテキパキして、安心して利用することができました。 全国的なチェーン店なので今度はクーポン券など探して持参してみようかと。

お店の方の雰囲気もよく、メニューも豊富。特に目の前で揚げる島ニンジンのてんぷらは絶品。何個でもいけます。朝はオリオンサザンスターも飲み放題。おまけに帰りはサーターアンダギーをお土産にもらえます。
