    This cafe area operates out of a remodeled corner of the Morita Food Center a 15-minute drive from the Saito Interchange on the Higashikyushu Expressway. The establishment serves sweets and lunch foods with a focus on choice ice creams inspired by the area's gentle winds and seasonal moods. The cafe's homemade ice cream is simple and exudes the innate flavors of the ingredients used. It is light and melts perfectly in the mouth, and even people who don't normally like sweets note they find themselves eating every last bite and licking the spoon. The cafe's pastas, curries, and other lunch foods are made with an abundance of seasonal vegetables from specially contracted farms and have a mild, elegant flavor.

    This eel restaurant was established in 1848 during the rule of Tokugawa Ieyoshi. The restaurant serves choice, domestic eel which is plump and loaded with fat. All of the restaurant's eel cuisine is prepared with unsparing time and effort. Its eel is butchered on-site and broiled to order, and customers rave about the chewy, crispy, smoky eel. The restaurant's exquisite eel is also slathered in a secret recipe sweet and salty sauce, added onto since the establishment first opened its doors, which further enhances the flavor; the moment you pop a bite into your mouth, you'll experience an explosion of perfect chewiness and juiciness. The shirayaki-style sumiso-ae eel, which is served with a full-bodied, sour, and light sumiso (vinegar and miso sauce), is also popular.

The shop continues to make old-fashioned Japanese sweets which emphasize tradition, as well as creative Western-style Japanese confections which explore new possibilities. The famous Joan Monaka wafer cakes containing four varieties of fillings sandwiched between toasty wafers are the shop's most-well known sweets. Customers can enjoy the unique characteristics of each filling -coarse and smooth types of sweet bean paste made with azuki beans from Hokkaido and Bicchu in Okayama; matcha paste made with quality green tea from Kyoto; and yuzu paste made with an abundance of yuzu citrus fruits from Saito City's Shiromi. The Kuromame Bolo, black soybean paste wrapped in a cookie crust made with plenty of honey, are also popular.

    豚骨スープをキチンととっているお店だと思います。 麺も小麦の香りがして、スープに負けない太麺のため、食べ応えも抜群です。 チャーシューも美味しく、最後まで（スープ割りまで）美味しく食べられるつけ麺でした。
