    This is a shojin vegetarian restaurant where you can enjoy an uncommonly large menu for a shojin restaurant offering dishes made from carefully selected vegetables. Seasonal vegetables are used for the meals which change monthly. Desserts and drinks are included in the set meal. The motto of the restaurant is to provide freshly prepared rice, so reservations in advance are required.

    精進料理にありがちな地味さとはまったく無縁のレストランです。絵本に出てくるような雰囲気の外観でゆったりとした時間が流れています。お料理はどれもびっくりするような素材と見た目です。味も優しいお味です。こちらでいただいたノンアルコールの白ワインは、全然ジュースっぽさがなく、とても美味しかったです。

    This small bakery emits a good, old-timey atmosphere. The shop sells breads made by hand using natural spring water from Aya Town, domestic wheat flour, natural yeast, and natural sea salt. The shop's breads, such as the popular walnut bread, are made with organic ingredients, and customers rave they are safe and healthy for everyone from small children to senior citizens to eat. The shop also has an eat-in area enwrapped in warm, cheery woods where customers can enjoy fresh-baked breads on the spot.

    夫婦でされているというちいさいパン屋さん。小道を入っていったところにあり、なかなかわかりにくい。が、お客さんはひっきりなしに入っくる。パンの種類は10種類もなかったと思う。焼きたてをちょうどいただいたが、おいしかった。

The restaurant notably offers a wide variety of ramens which combine these misos. The popular and exquisite Kotteri Miso Tantanmen ramen is made with Saikyo miso from Kyoto and sesame seeds, giving it a rich flavor. Adding the rice, delivered to your seat at just the right time, and mixing it into your soup is the ""standard"" way to eat it here."

    スタンダードな札幌味噌ラーメンをいただきましたが、出汁まで完全に飲み干す美味しさ！家族は八丁味噌のスープのを注文しましたが、これもとてもおいしかったです。 種類別の味噌ラーメンのほかに、唯一塩ラーメンもありましたが、これも絶対美味しいと思います。 開店直後にいきましたが、すぐお客さんでいっぱいになりました。
