- A souvenir shop operated by the Kamenoi Besso high class inn in Yufuin, Yufu City, Oita Prefecture which sells signature foods and locally-made crafts. The shop’s jams, lovingly made with seasonal fruit primarily from Oita Prefecture, are popular for how the flavor and fragrances of the ingredients come through in the finished product. The winter only “yuzu-neri” jam is so popular it disappears from the shelves very fast but makes an excellent gift if you can get your hands on it. The interior of the shop, located inside a late Edo period merchant’s house, is charming and subdued.

- This souvenir shop is located inside Yufuin Tamanoyu, a hot spring hotel with a great natural setting. Visitors can buy souvenirs including Tamanoyu’s original food products, which are made with natural ingredients and without additives, as well as the works of local craft artists. You can even purchase the porcelain ware and sundries used at the hotel. The shop is about a15-minute walk from JR Yufuin Station.

- This longstanding souvenir store is currently operated by the third generation owner. Many of the store's products are available no place else, including local yuzukosho, handmade arare roasted mochi snacks, and original picture postcards. In addition, the store is one of only a very few places in the prefecture where you can buy dried foods such as shiitake mushrooms, bamboo shoots, and royal fern by weight. The store's wide selection also includes koshin shiitake mushrooms, dark sleeper, and cloud ear mushrooms. The store also provides a shipping service for in-store customers.

猫グッズが盛りだくさん！ここの珍しい独自なグッズがすごくあるわけではないですが、猫好きにはうれしいお宝グッズがあるかも。2Fではかわいい猫ちゃんも見られます。お留守番の猫ちゃんに会いたくなりますが・・・

因為本身愛酒，來到九州怎麼能錯過當地的酒莊? 這次來到由布院附近的這家酒莊，位於南由布車站走路約10~15分鐘路程，裡面試飲了不少酒款，包括Semillon, Syrah等澳洲葡萄釀造的酒款，基本上澳洲葡萄釀的中規中矩，當地生產的Muscat Bailey A相比起甲州的酒莊則不夠有深度

目に付いたのでふらっと中に入ったところ 店内は広くたくさんのガラス製品があり、一見の価値ありです。 アクセサリーも手軽な価格であり、お土産にも最適。

由布院の駅から歩いて数分のおみやげ屋さんです。メインストリートから外れているので、観光客はそんなに居ません。おと屋、Ｏｔｏｙａの駅前鳥居店とも表記されていました。

駅から歩いていき、湯布院中央児童公園を越えて右にあるお土産やさんです。傘が開いて沢山売られていました。店先にゆふいん手湯があり、自由にふれることができます。何かいいことがあるかも？だそうです。

Oita Areas
A trip to Oita is tantamount to a long soak in the Beppu baths. The mountainous, coastal prefecture of Oita is renowned for having more onsen than any other prefecture in Japan, most of which lie in the city of Beppu on the west coast of Kyushu, recognizable by its pungent sulphuric aroma and the clouds of steam that puff up across the hillside. Away from the Beppu hot springs await mountains, waterfalls, and temples, so don’t hesitate to explore Oita a little further.
