    お店も商品も良いですが、とにかく店員さんの接客態度がよろしくないです。高価な商品を扱っているのでお客様に気をつけるのは仕方ないですが、竹製品に対しての愛が感じられませんでした。ここまで色々の方に口コミされているのにも関わらず接客態度が変わらないのはどうかと思います。竹製品を製作する者としても非常に残念です。
