    This Japanese restaurant is a three-minute walk from Nakatsu Station and can be reached by taking a left outside the south exit of the station; the restaurant will be immediately visible on the right-hand side. The restaurant primarily serves cuisine made with Nakatsu's famous daggertooth pike conger, and brand name Bungo beef which has even won the Prime Minister's Award. Menu selections include course meals which come with a variety of delightful and original daggertooth pike conger dishes, as well as a full array of a la carte daggertooth pike conger dishes like sashimi, teriyaki, and parboiled daggertooth pike conger which comes with three sauces. The restaurant's handmade daggertooth pike conger kamaboko steamed fish paste and daggertooth pike conger shumai steamed dumplings, available for takeout, make great souvenirs.

Situated near the port, the cafe serves a wide selection of primarily seafood dishes. Customers can enjoy the tastes of Hoto Island via the cafe's signature dishes - the hyuga-don rice bowl and tuna chanpon. The cafe also offers a variety of set meals such as a half and half chanpon and hyuga-don set. The cafe's expansive menu also includes party and course meals; a la carte dishes; beer, shochu, and other alcoholic beverages; soft drinks; and more.

    This restaurant is located on the second floor of the Umieru Tsukuminchi souvenir store and local specialty products shop directly east of the Tsukumi Port Remote Island Terminal. Situated near the port, the restaurant serves a wide selection of primarily seafood dishes. In addition to the hyuga-don rice bowl, a local dish which will delight you with the unique flavors of Tsukumi, the restaurant's Japanese amberjack rice bowl is also famous, and the Tsukumi sensu-don rice bowl is another recommendation. In addition, the restaurant serves an array of set meals, such as the shioyaki kama gill meat grilled with salt, which is limited to just a few customers each day. Another nice thing about the restaurant is that its menu includes explanations of its dishes.

    うみえーるつくみんちの2階にありました。海鮮のお料理が充実していた料理店。豊後のブランドマグロのヨコヅーナの、のっけ飯をいただきました。鮮やかな色合いのヨコヅーナの赤身がたっぷり。身の引き締まった赤身でおいしかったです。

    This restaurant is a 15-minute walk northeast of the Himeshima Port ferry dock. The restaurant primarily serves cuisine made with farmed Himeshima kuruma prawns. Himeshima kuruma prawns are promoted by Himeshima Village as a brand name shrimp variety. The restaurant's Himeshima kuruma prawn shabushabu is particularly popular, and its staple deep-fried battered prawns are also acclaimed. In addition to Himeshima kuruma prawn dishes, there's also the Moriei Gozen meal, which comes with a sea urchin rice bowl and shumai steamed dumplings. The restaurant's standard and extra-large sea urchin rice bowl set meals are only offered during a 10-day period from mid- to late July. Customers can also enjoy other seasonal seafood dishes here.

    "At this facility located on the grounds of the Daikokuya hot spring inn located near the Kannawa Steam Bath, you can enjoy ""hell steamed"" cuisine cooked using a special steamer which harnesses the heat of the area's hot spring steam. Inn guests can use the facility for free, but non-guests can also use it for a small fee. You can purchase chicken wings and other foods provided on-site, but many customers bring their own food purchased from a nearby supermarket. Customers are provided with wicker steaming baskets to use for cooking. ""Hell steaming"" concentrates the innate flavors of the foods and is a style of cooking unique to Beppu which is highly popular with tourists."

    가족과 기념이 될만한 곳을 찾아 방문했는데 꽤 즐거웠다. 한국어로 된 안내문도 있었고, 셀프로 음식을 주문하고 셀프 타이머를 이용해 음식을 쪄먹을 수 있었다. 채소나 해산물을 주로 양념되지 않은 상태에서 쪄먹기 때문에 간이 매우 심심하다. 이런경험을 하는 것이 아이들에게 추억이 될 것같다.

For lunch, you can enjoy one of two differently priced staple kaiseki lunch meals, as well as a ""hell steamed"" lunch characteristic of the local Kannawa area made with vegetables steamed using the heat of a hot spring. Customers can also order ""hell steamed"" a la carte dishes. The restaurant also serves a ""hell steamed"" course meal and local kaiseki cuisine meals at night. The restaurant's steamed seafood meal and dinner kaiseki meals require an advance reservation. Customers can also enjoy a boiled tofu set meal from November to March."

    This Japanese restaurant, a 20-minute drive from Usa Station, is in front and just a little to the right of the Kakaji Post Office. Here you can savor cuisine primarily made with local seafood. The Misaki Kakiage-don rice bowl is particularly recommended and is topped with southern rough shrimp tempura and a special sauce. All of the restaurant's octopus dishes are made only using live octopus. This famous establishment is a favorite of local residents. From August through December, customers can also enjoy cuisine made with Oita's brand name cape swimming crab. The restaurant's lunch set meal, only served for an hour and a half-long period around lunch, is also highly regarded. The restaurant also offers toriten chicken tempura set meals and other set meals.

    This restaurant is located on the grounds of the Kamenoi Besso inn on the shore of Lake Kinrin. Identifiable by its thatched roof, the restaurant is open to non-guests as well. Here you can enjoy superb cuisine crafted using seasonal vegetables, river fish, Japanese black beef, and other ingredients from Kyushu; along with a view of a scrupulously maintained garden. The restaurant offers around four to five meals at any given time. The popular lunchtime Irodori-zen meal comes with exquisitely seasoned takikomi gohan rice, a hassun tray of dishes, soup, and dessert. The charcoal broiled beefsteak donburi rice bowl is topped with Oita wagyu beef redolent with smoky charcoal flavor.

    Service was ok. Bungo beef meals were great. Location is superb in the middle of lush greenery near Kinrinko lake. Reservation needed though. Will come back next time!

The restaurant's special beef bento box meal is particularly popular and is made with tender Bungo beef sirloin. The meal can also be ordered as a set which comes with two sides, miso soup, pickles, coffee, and dessert. Other menu highlights include country-style seasonal hotpot meals, and a Japanese black beef loin steak meal. Enwrapped in the restaurant's quiet atmosphere, you can enjoy a meal that's a little on the luxurious side.

    湯布院駅から金鱗湖までの散策途中にランチで訪問しました。前日までに予約をしていないと、牛箱弁当しかたのめませんが、それがお目当なので、特選牛箱弁当をチョイス。豊後牛のサーロインだそうです。前菜のお豆腐も絶品です。

    今回は仕事関係の会合で利用しました。鱧のコースをいただきましたが今一つでした。最大の原因は接客の悪さです。メインであるはずの鱧の湯引き、なんとつけダレを提供するのをこちらが指摘するまで忘れていました。飲み放題の注文も忘れたり間違ったり、揚げ物もずいぶん時間が立ったであろうものでした。大衆居酒屋であれば許せる範囲かもしれませんがちょっとお粗末なお店でした。

    旅館の入口みたいで見つけにくいお店です。一階に入口があって二階がお店です。串焼きやさんなだけあってメニューは割と若者向き。でもどれも及第点のおいしさです。お客さんが入れる数が少なめな気がするので予約がおすすめです。何回か満席で入れなかったことがあります。

    戸次の中心部にあり大通り沿いなので場所はとてもわかりやすいです。平日のランチタイムは他のスシローなら、まずまず混んでますが、こちらは全然でした。とても空いているので待つこともなく、ゆっくりと食事ができました。
