- "A little-known hot spring bathhouse located in Nagomi Town, Kumamoto Prefecture. All of the bathing rooms in this day trip hot spring bathhouse have an indoor and outdoor bath. The bathhouse' exterior is painted in beautifully contrasting black and crimson lacquer. In total, the bathhouse has 13 unique bathing areas, including the Aitetsu no Yu, which bears a theme based on the popular folktale Bunbuku Chagama; the ""Tale of the Bamboo Cutter""-themed Geppaku no Yu; and the Hisui no Yu, which has a spacious Shigaraki ware outdoor bath. The bathhouse is supplied with water from a strongly alkaline simple springs considered one of the best in Kyushu. The waters of this spring are said to treat nerve pain and joint pain, keep the body warm long after your bath, and leave your skin smooth and soft."

- This hot spring bathhouse is located a 15-minute drive from the Nankan Interchange on the Kyushu Expressway. Encircled by atmospheric scenery, the bathhouse is replete with 13 private reservable bath buildings. One of the great things about the bathhouse is the fact that you can enjoy free-flowing spring water in all of its baths. The waters of the bathhouse' natural alkaline simple and mildly radioactive spring are renowned for treating such ailments as nerve pain, muscle soreness, sensitivity to cold, and chronic skin diseases. Each of the bath buildings is outfitted with a different bath for customers to enjoy, such as a bucket bath surrounded by mountain scenery, a chawan bath made of Arita ware porcelain, and a bath made by hollowing out a camphor tree which was over 200 years old.

南関町にある温泉です。 お湯は柔らかく上質です。 特別混み合う事もなくて、のんびりとした温泉です。 ミストサウナしかないのが残念です。
