A long-established shop founded in the late Edo period (1603-1868), the two castella ""Gosan-yaki Castella"" and ""Premium Chocolat"" baked by the hand of skilled craftsmen have won high marks, including winning gold at the Monde Selection. In addition, it sells Japanese confectionery such as okoshi (candied millet puffs), dorayaki (pancakes with red bean paste) and maruboro (round cookies), and Western confectionery such as roll cakes."

    冬でも美味しいサーティーワン！ 12月でも暖かい日だったので大好きなチョコレート濃厚アイス、ロッキーロードをたべました。 定番商品なのでどの地域にもあるのが嬉しいです。 フードコート内にマクドナルドがあるのでアイスコーヒーも一緒にいただきました。

    ランチの松花堂弁当は、お寿司、刺し身、天ぷら、煮物、味噌汁（長崎ならではの甘い麦味噌、最高です）。お寿司やお刺身が、コリコリしてて、一緒に、行った母が感激してました。

    味さ絶品というわけでもなく普通です。それよりも、店員の接客態度が最悪です。まず卓上にあるベルを押しても一度ではきません。訪れてみると意外とストレスです。あと店員の髪がきちっとまとめられてないのと、爪なども伸びきっています。はっきりいって飲食店にふさわしくないです。不潔です。諫早市はあまり遅くまで空いている店がなく、行く場所がないからとりあえずひかり亭となりがちです。店側もそれをわかっているので改善...

    家族やグループでお好み焼きを食べるにはいいと思います。セット価格がいろいろあるので、楽しいですね。お好み焼きだけではなく、焼きそばもサイドメニューもなかなかです。

    出張時の昼食で来店しました。牡蠣小屋以外にもテーブル、座敷で釜めしなどの定食もあり、気軽に立ち寄れるお店でした。牡蠣釜めし定食1,050円。牡蠣も5〜6個入っていて、あさりのお味噌汁とお漬物付きでした。
