    Nagasaki Minamimatsuura-gun Shinkamigoto Cho Nanamego Hamaguri
    A swimming beach located in Nanamego, Shinkamigoto Town, Minami-Matsuura County, Nagasaki Prefecture. The beach has white sands and shallow, clear azure waters. Visitors can enjoy marine activities and the beach is also adjoined by facilities such as the Arikawa Youth Travel Village campground; and Hamaguri Deck, which has a cafe. When the beach is opened each year, a variety of fun events and a sand castle art festival are held.

    訪れた時は夕方で干潮のため遠浅の砂浜は潮が引いていました。これはこれで壮観でしたが朝方の満潮では砂浜いっぱいに海が溢れるようになっていると思います。満潮になると海のエメラルド色が増し美しいビーチを見せると思う。 遠くの山々と海のエメラルド色の対比が素晴らしい景観になっていると思いました。

    Located in Tawarakeura-cho, Sasebo City, this beach in Saikai National Park is known for its beautiful cobalt blue sea and white sands, and was selected as one of the 100 best beaches by the Ministry of the Environment.

    海水浴場です。海がとてもきれいで、砂がキメ細かくて気持ち良いです。付近には磯があったり、キャンプ場もあります。駐車場も広く、利用しやすいです。コロナ禍が過ぎたら訪れたい場所です。

    Located close to Takahama-Kaisuiyokujo-mae bus stop. This beach is located a short distance south along National Route 384 traveling from the Gyoran Kannon Observation Deck. This white sand beach is known nationwide and is considered the most beautiful in Japan. With no buildings nearby, visitors can enjoy the beautiful, vivid contrast created by the green of the surrounding mountains and the blue of the East China Sea; Gunkanjima (Hashima Island) is also visible from here. The highly renowned beach has been selected for inclusion in a new list of the 100 New Japan Travel Destinations, the Japan's 100 Best Beaches list, a list of Japan's 100 Best Roads, and a list of the 88 Best Swimming Beaches in Japan. During swimming season, the beach bustles with visitors. The waves here are relatively mild, making this a great destination for families with children as well.

    This swimming beach, a 10-minute drive from Ashibe Port, consists of a sprawling stretch of white sands extending for 500 meters southeast from the port. The most beautiful beach in the area, during swimming season from mid-July to late August, it bustles with visitors come to swim. Outside of summer, as well, visitors can enjoy surfing, as well as more unusual activities such as watching in winter when a massive group of some 5,000 to 6,000 seagulls gather here. The beach is also a fantastic place from which to take in the majestic scenery of the Genkai Sea.

    遠浅の海岸で干潮と満潮で印象が変わると思います。干潮のときは浜が大きく広がり海の色は遠くに見えます。満潮の時は浜いっぱいに潮が満ちて海の色が濃さを増します。時間の経過を楽しめる風景です。

    空港から近い場所でした。国道からの道をはいると公園の駐車場があります。駐車場隣の球技場の横の道をさらに億へ行くと海岸近くにまた駐車場がありました。対馬ではなかなかビーチのような場所を見ることがなかったのでちょっとした発見でした。入り江のようになっているところの海岸です。夏休みも終わった時期でしたが、地元の家族連れと思われるひとがけっこういました。

This hidden corner of the country is rural Japan at its best, where underground activity is to thank for active volcanoes and bubbling natural hot springs along the Shimabara Peninsula as well as the crystal clear waters of the Goto Islands off the west coast. Less well known than Hiroshima’s Peace Memorial Park, Nagasaki commemorates its own past at the Nagasaki Peace Park, which sits alongside the charming Meganebashi stone bridge and a mix of religious buildings with beautiful architecture, such as the Zen Buddhist Sofukuji Temple, the Confucian Shrine, and the Oura Christian Church.
