This Wagyu beef steak specialty shop won a Michelin star in the Michelin Guide Fukuoka & Saga 2014 – Special Edition. It serves grilled ingredients unique to Saga. The second-generation owner of the restaurant uses his discerning eye, trained in a butcher’s shop to select ingredients, and the high-quality meat, which is then aged for two weeks, is tender and has a deep flavor. Sitting at a counter seat, customers can enjoy conversing with the chef while watching their meal be flambéed (flaming brandy over food) in front of them. The nearest station is Karatsu Station.
