    This Wagyu beef steak specialty shop won a Michelin star in the Michelin Guide Fukuoka & Saga 2014 – Special Edition. It serves grilled ingredients unique to Saga. The restaurant prides itself on its use of A5 rank Saga and Imari Wagyu beef. The second-generation owner of the restaurant uses his discerning eye, trained in a butcher’s shop to select ingredients, and the high-quality meat, which is then aged for two weeks, is tender and has a deep flavor. Sitting at a counter seat, customers can enjoy conversing with the chef while watching their meal be flambéed (flaming brandy over food) in front of them. The nearest station is Karatsu Station.

    開店同時に地元客多し!残念なのは大盛りが350円増しは高過ぎるやろ、、、トマトソース酸味強く、好みではなく残念でした。 日替わりがパスタでなく、ハンバーグ、チキン❓これは地元密着ランチ（笑） 唐津初のイタリアン、35年経過、変わらぬ足？でよいのかも、、、店舗バイパス沿いながらわかりづらく、止めづらい。店内は歴史を感じる作りで、好感がもてますよ!

    ランチにステーキ（1200円？）をいただきました。どこのステーキやさんでも同じでしょうが、まずスープとサラダが出されます。しばらくして鉄板に乗せられたステーキが出てきました。肉質は柔らかく脂も少なめです。あっさりした感じもあり食べやすいです。付け合わせは人参、ブロッコリー、ジャガイモでした。欲を言えば、肉の量がもう少し欲しかったです。
