The shop’s special original broth has stayed the same great flavor for over 30 years. Toppings such as garlic chives, cabbage, and chili peppers are all carefully selected and Kyushu-grown. Diners are encouraged to finish their meal off with some chanpon noodles added to the broth left over after enjoying the toppings. Decorated in Japanese style engendering a relaxing atmosphere, the restaurant also has large televisions from which diners can watch popular sports matches during their meal.
