A nabe hotpot restaurant located a five-minute walk from Nishitetsu Fukuoka (Tenjin) Station on the Nishitetsu Tenjin Omuta Line. Here customers can enjoy offal hotpot, a Hakata specialty dish, made with Japanese black beef from Kagoshima. The restaurant's full menu includes sumotsu vinegared offal, horse liver sashimi, and more. Decorated in Japanese style engendering a relaxing atmosphere, the restaurant also has large televisions from which diners can watch popular sports matches during their meal.

旅行で行った際に、近くで探してこちらにお伺いしました。時間も遅かったので、おすすめは品切れでした。もつ鍋を楽しみにしていましたが、スープは深みがあまり感じられないよーな…。次の日の仕込みを始めてましたが、たーくさんの化学調味料を使っている様をみて、こんなもんか…と。今どきの美味しいお店は使っているとは思いましたが、あんなに…（笑）次は化学調味料不使用のお店に行きたいと思います。

お店の屋号が変わり賛否両論というお店に変わりました。以前の店主、従業員はいません。この新しい店長と言うのが客商売に向いていない。無愛想で何人ものお客を断っていた。常連にはにこやかに話していたが初見の客には厳しい。気分悪くなって出てきた。

２階のカフェの営業が再開されたので行って来ましたが、以前とは違ってイートインになってました。一階で購入して、二階で飲食。あま氷を食べて来ましたが、カップなのは少し残念ですね。美味さは変わりなく美味しかったです。

15時くらいに行き、カフェラテとビールを注文。カフェラテはすぐ出てきて、ミルクもしっかりしていておいしかったですが、ビールは出てくるまでに20分くらいかかり、オーダーわすれられてるのかと思いました。でも種類は豊富でビール好きにはたのしめると思います。
