    A fruits and flowers tourist farm in Nankoku City, Kochi Prefecture, where visitors can enjoy sweet melons and watermelons all year round. About 200 kinds of tropical flowers including bougainvillea and hibiscus, carnivorous plants and cactus, etc. are cultivated and on display in the nursery house, and there are many potted plants for sale too. Strawberry picking is possible from January through to early June with the large, sweet benihoppe and sachinoka varieties on offer. Their specially made fruit jams, such as strawberry jam and melon jam are popular as souvenirs.

    There’re so many kind of flowers and fruits all the time! You can also taste great foods and sweets there!

    The expansive roughly 67-hectare farm feels like one you'd find in California. They specialize in cultivating safe and healthy mandarin oranges on well cared for land. They have a super early variety available from October 1, and a standard early variety available later until the end of December. The date the farm opens to the public varies from year to year, so check in advance.
