    A ramen restaurant established in 1971 located right in front of Kinoura Port on the southeastern side of Hakata Island. Dedicated to expressing Setouchi through flavor, the restaurant's shio (salt) ramen made with Hakata Island slat is popular with cyclists and tourists. The restaurant's ramen consists of thin, straight noodles and a light broth crafted with 17 ingredients whose full flavor is brought out by the salt used. The restaurant also serves Iyo shellfish rice made with an abundance of Japanese bay scallops and littleneck clams; and Igisu tofu, a local Shimanami dish. One of the restaurant's biggest charms is its lineup of dishes which allow you to fully experience the local flavors of Hakata.

    伯方島に構えるラーメン屋、[伯方の塩ラーメン さんわ]に訪問しました。 《塩ラーメン》 もちろん伯方の塩を使用しており、塩っ気は角の取れた丸い口当たり。17種類の旨味成分が入ったスープはシンプルで優しい味わい。 麺は緩めの茹で上がりの中細ストレート。柔らかチャーシューがこれまた美味い。 《塩むすび》 お塩そのものの旨味が際立ってます。シンプルながらも実に美味い。

    This venerable noodle shop in Chuo-cho 2-Chome, Uwajima City opened in 1877. The restaurant’s most popular item is its Champon noodle, which is notable for a soup made with dried sardine stock. Another offering is their “Ajikurabe” set meals, which includes zarusoba (soba noodles served on a bamboo strainer), ramen, and curry udon.

    各地にちゃんぽんはありますが、宇和島ちゃんぽんは あっさりとしてるがとても美味しかったです。ただ量が多いのです。小が一玉、中が一玉半 でした。

""Imabari Ramen"" is a shio (salt) ramen made with choice ingredients from Imabari such as a broth crafted using fish from the Seto Inland sea. A variety of seasonal ramens appear on the menu throughout the year. In addition, from July through September, the establishment operates as ""Tsukemenya Wakatsurumaru,"" a tsukemen dipping noodle restaurant."

    つけ麺の専門店。東京の武蔵で修業市でいただケアって!味に文句はない。時間にルーズってか、開店時間になっても開店しないことがある。

    有名チェーン店です。 今回は、これまで食べていなかった味噌味を試してみました。 こってり味に白味噌が良く合ってました。いつもの「こってり」よりも風味が増している感じで、イケます。

    帰省の際に利用しました。四国では店舗が少ないようです。この店も繁華街には位置していませんが、その分駐車場もあります。味は他の天一と変わらずです。

    開店当初は国道11号線の往来に影響するほど混んでいたようですが、少しおさまったようなので行ってみました。まあ、メニューの多さに少しがっかり。これといって押しがないようです。まずはノーマルなラーメンとおもっていたのですが、ねぎらーめんのメニューの写真の異様さに、こっちをオーダーいたしました。少々高め。がっつりネギでおいしかったですよ。ネギの種類聞き忘れました。

    11時開店のお店、お昼前に家族で入店。野菜たっぷりのちゃんぽんと皿うどんを食べました。皿うどんはふつうですが、ちゃんぽんは麺が太く、食べ応えがあります。 唐揚げなどのメニューは夕方5時からしか提供できないそうです。

    日替り定食、カルビ丼とハーフラーメンで８００円でした。昼前に入店しましたが、お客さん沢山いました。塩ラーメン食べましたが、私にはちょっと味が濃かったです。

    平日のサービスランチでごっついらーめん食べましたが チャーシュー とっても美味しく 分厚く堪能 卵がけご飯セットで750円 美味しかったですが 卵がけご飯のタレ甘かったのが少し残念 お醤油があれば うれしかった でも大満足 美味しいです

    松山御当地ラーメンはまだ食べていませんので、今度行きたいと思っています。今回、丸源では麻辣ラーメンを、食べました。やはり、ご飯がお供の方が良いと思います。一般的な麻辣よりはマイルドです。食べやすいので良いと思います。でも、外気の暑さと麻辣の辛さで大汗かきました。

Stretched across the northwest corner of Shikoku island, Ehime is a nature-rich prefecture boasting beautiful coastlines and a rural center where mountains play host to 26 of the Buddhist temples that make up the Shikoku Pilgrimage. Matsuyama is home to an original post-feudal castle as well as Dogo Onsen, one of the country’s oldest natural hot springs. The northern city of Imabari marks the entrance to the Shimano Kaido, a road that crosses six spectacular bridges and several islands, forming a route between Shikoku and mainland Honshu.
