It's a great place to unwind while you dine. They offer breakfast and lunch, light meals, and desserts. We recommend their sweet and simple home-made donuts prepared with a special variety of local barley daishi-moch-mugi barley.

    雰囲気も良く静かでゆっくりできました。 気色のよい庭を見ながら「焼きドーナツ」や「偕行社パフェ」を味わえます。 ちなみに駐車場は市役所に駐車すれば無料です。 駐車場の入口の係員に申告してください。

    Kamitsubaki is a café and restaurant located within the precincts of the Kotohira-gu Shrine in Kotohira Town, Nakatado County, Kagawa Prefecture. There is a self-service café on the ground-floor level, with the restaurant located in the basement level; the food and beverages are supplied by famous catering firm Shiseido Parlour. Inside the restaurant, the walls are covered with decorative tiles featuring camellia designs, providing a perfect match for the verdant forest scenery outside the windows. Besides traditional Western-style cuisine made using local ingredients from the Sanuki region, Kamitsubaki also serves light refreshments and desserts, including Kamitsubaki Parfait, which has a strongly Japanese feel.

    スーパーの中にあり、買い物帰りにふらっと寄れるカフェです。ソフトクリームパフェがとても美味しかった。いちごのスムージー？もとても美味しかった。

    いわゆるコメダコーヒーなので、特に何がってとろこはありません。 23時まで空いていて、WiFiや電源もあるので長居するのに向いています。一人客向けの席もあり、一人でもゆっくりできます。 もちろん禁煙です。

    店内は優しい雰囲気でした。目の前の穏やかな瀬戸内海を眺めながらコーヒーをいただきました。 コーヒーは癖の少ない、優しい味でした。ケーキもいただきました。酸味と甘み、そしてバランスがなかなかよかったです。 荘内半島ドライブの途中、「オートキャンプ場浦島」方向へ坂を下っていくとありました。 ドライブの疲れを忘れるような穏やかな時間がありました。
