    ダシが、若干とろみがある気がする。 あの「とろみ」はなんなんだろう。 コシは、ひかえめ。かけの温かいのを注文したからか、次は夏に行って冷たいうどんを食べたい。 テーブルの上にある天かすは、古いから、かけないほうがいい。カウンター側にある天かすの方がいい。
