    This memorial hall is based on the theme of whirlpools and bridges. Inside the building, you’ll find a theater, games, and simulations that teach visitors about the construction of the Onaruto Bridge and the whirlpools that appear in the Naruto Channel. The observation facility on the roof offers a 360-degree view of the Naruto Channel and Onaruto Bridge, as well as the Pacific Ocean side of Wakayama Prefecture and Shodoshima Island in the Seto Inland Sea.
