    通りがかりにランチとして利用しました。全体的に高めの料金だったので安めのてりマヨ丼を食べました、美味しかったです。 クレジットカードなど効いて便利でした。 また、地元の野菜やフルーツがたくさん販売されてました。

    This roadside station in Kitahiroshima Town Yamagata County, Hiroshima Prefecture is easily recognized by the large taiko drum on the roof. Inside you will find a tourist information center, a local goods store, and a restaurant and take-out corner. The local goods store has a variety of products for sale including locally harvested fresh fruit and vegetables and confections. They also offer a variety of souvenirs. In the restaurant they have a wide assortment of meals using local ingredients and a buffet option.

    物産館、農作物直売所、レストランのほか、観光案内所もあります。また、バスターミナルになっているので待合室もあります。店内は天井が高く、広々とした売り場には新鮮野菜や特産品が豊富に並んでいました。トイレも広くて綺麗でした。なお、地域に根付く神楽のシンボルとして、屋根の上に太鼓がのっています。xa0

    This roadside station is in Miyoshi City, Hiroshima Prefecture. Come taste the local flavors of local processed goods and produce sold at the Fureai Ichiba (friendly market) as well as ice cream made from locally produced milk and seasonal fruits and made at the ice cream parlor. The restaurant offers a buffest filled with dishes made from local ingredients as well as a side dish menu with local cuisine that evokes a sense of nostalgia.

    午前中には地元の新鮮野菜がどっさり届きます。それを目当てにやってくる人もかなり多いのではないかと思います。夏の盛りですが、旬の梨があったので購入しました。道の駅の設備はとてもよく、駐車場はたいへん広いです。三次市から出雲市や松江市など日本海側に行くのには、高速道路（無料区間）を利用する人が多くなりましたが、この道の駅がある国道はたいへん走りやすく、田園風景や里山の景色はとてもすばらしいです。

    棟続きのどんぐり荘に宿泊し、朝食をいただきました。和食でしたが、おかずもしっかり並べられ、ほっとするとともに暖かくなる感じです。卵料理は、自分で好みに焼けるようになっていました。宿泊施設は、研修等に使われるようで、ホテルのようではありませんが、温泉もあり、リーズナブルです。夫婦ふたりで週末にドライブに行きひと休みしてみたくなりました。お酒をいただくなら、閉店が早いので、ご注意ください。

    曲がりくねった国道182号の途中で現れる道の駅でした。山間部にあり周辺には特に何も無い場所でしたが、その代わり道の駅利用者は多いようでした。 特に「182STATION」の直売所では、地元物産を始めとした食材も多く並び、時間帯によってなのでしょうがレジに長い行列が出来ていました。 因みにLAWSONも営業していましたが、場所柄の所為もあってか24時間営業ではありませんでした。

    お手洗い休憩で寄りました。レストランと野菜等を販売していた。地元の梨とかシイタケとか、妻に言わせると、とても安いとのことで思わず買ってしまいました。レシートを後で見ると、商品名ではなく生産者名で名前が載っていました。生産者直売ということだと思います。

There is more than meets the eye awaiting any Hiroshima-bound traveler. Kicking off in Hiroshima city, the Peace Memorial Park, Hiroshima Castle, and Shukkeien Garden offer a couple of days of exploring; however, the real beauty lies along the southern coast of the prefecture. There, a series of islands spreads across the Seto Inland Sea: from the mysterious sea-submerged Great Torii Gate at Miyajima Island to the first half of the islands that connect Honshu to Shikoku via six spectacular suspension bridges.
